本稿においては,航空交通管制におけるパイロットと管制官の間の無線交信が有する問題点の解決を図る為に,交信制御方式を導入する提案を行っている.始めの2つの章では,これを音声・データ共用チャネル方式として実現する方法について,試案を示し,そのデータモードにおいては,交信制御通報の授受と共に,音声交信をバックアップする限定されたデータ伝送をも行うことを提案している.第3章では,この試案を評価し,改良を図る為に設計・作製されたシミュレーションシステムについて,概要を記し,管制官パネルでの実際の表示例を示している. |

This paper proposes to introduce a communication control scheme into the mobile radio communication system used by pilots and contollers in the air traffic control procedure, giving a solution to the problems posed by the voice radio system. The first two chapters are devoted to the proposal of a possible realization of the scheme employing the voice-data cochannel operation, the data mode of which is used to convey the communication control messages as well as some kinds of data to back up the voice interchange. Chapter 3 describes the simulation system designed and constructed to evaluate the proposed realization and to make improvements of the concept. Also shown are a number of real sample displays on the controller panel of the simulator. |
