| 内容記述 | 宇宙利用の低コスト化により、通信・測位・リモセン等の宇宙の「機能的価値」に基づく従来の宇宙利用とは異なる、宇宙が有する「夢」「憧れ」「好奇心」「美しさ」などの「精神的価値」に基づく「感動駆動型宇宙利用」の実現可能性が高まっている。人工衛星の芸術・エンタメ利用など、アニメ、マンガやゲームといった産業に強みを持つ日本が世界を先導できる可能性のある新たな市場であり、従来とは異なる要求に基づく研究開発による技術革新や、個人消費に基づく持続的な宇宙開発利用の実現が期待される。人工衛星を用いた疑似宇宙旅行体験など安価な感動駆動型宇宙利用が普及すれば、宇宙飛行士のみが経験できた「Overview Effect （概観効果）」を世界中の人々が共有し、地球環境の保護や国際平和といった人類の普遍的価値が世界中で共有される新たな社会を実現できるかもしれない。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | Reduced cost of space utilization has raised the possibility of ''Emotion-Driven Space Utilization'' based on ''Psychological Values'' of outer space such as ''dream'', ''yearning'', ''curiosity'' and ''beauty'', different from conventional space utilization such as communication, navigation and remote sensing based on ''Functional Values'' of outer space . It is new market of satellite utilization for art and entertainment, etc., where Japan, which has the strength in industries such as animation, manga and game, can lead the world. It is expected to realize technical innovation through research and development based on unconventional requirements, and sustainable space development and utilization based on personal consumption. If inexpensive emotion-driven space utilization such as pseudo experience of space tourism using satellites spreads, the ''Overview Effect'', which only astronauts could experience, can be shared by people around the world, and new society where universal values of all humanity such as global environmental protection and international peace can be realized. | |||||||||
