固体ロケットの残留推力を推定するために小型モデルエンジンを用いて残留内圧を測定した.小型モデルエンジンは燃焼後直ちに真空状態にできるテストスタンドに収められ,燃筑後十分低い圧力のもとにおかれて内圧を測定した.これによって得られた内圧曲線から実践の予想残留推力を算出した.予想値は実践飛行中の加速度データと比較したが,これによると予想値は燃焼直後は実測値より低く,時間がたつにつれて,近づいていく傾向を見せた.燃焼直後の残留推力にはスライバー燃焼が大きく寄与していると潟えられ,これを正しく予想するためには真空状態への切換を早めにして内圧変化の不座杭部をできるだけ小さくすることが必要である. |

To predict the residual thrust level of a rocket motor used for the L-4S launch vehicle, the experimental study was carried out. In this study, the residual thrust was calculated, on the basis of the measurement of the chamber pressure of the model motor set in a vacuum tank just after burn-out in atmospheric condition. The predicted residual thrust level was compared to the flight data by a rocket-borne microaccelerometer. The result shows that the prediction by this method tends to underestimate the residual thrust value. Thus it is considered that the process of sliver burning which was not well reproduced in this method is important to more precise prediction of the residual thrust tendency. |
