| 内容記述 | In the course of experiments using microwaves generated by electric sparks for the study of cavity resonator in 15 cm wave length range, we observed the generation of waves of much shorter wave length in the region of 1～3cm. We excited the sparks with DC, AC and pulses, but the most essential point for the generation of wave length of 1～3cm is the gap length between electrodes whose optimum values are 0.07～0.10mm. Aluminum, tungsten, silver and german silver were used for the electrode material, but tungsten was most favourable. (Received November 20, 1951) | |||||||||
