| 内容記述 | 航空需要の増大と1977年以前の型式証明取得機であるChapter-2機の運行禁止と共に、総計騒音レベルが次第に増加して行くことが予測されている。航空機の騒音基準に関する現在のChapter-3基準を強化するため、ICAO/CAEP(航空環境保全委員会)で最終的に詰めの段階に入った。本報告では、基準強化をめぐる最新状況とジェットエンジン騒音に対する低減技術の最近の動向について述べた。騒音低減技術では高バイパス比ファンエンジンの開発によりファン騒音低減に大きく寄与した。更に動静翼枚数比、その間隔、および静翼取付け角/ストラット形状の最適化による改善が進められている。一方、ジェット騒音低減では種々のミキサ形態の試み、ロングカウルの採用などがある。ミキサにエジェクタを組み合わせて外部流を導入する方法は超音速輸送用の騒音低減に有力と考えられており、また多孔質複合材料による吸音ライナの研究も進められている。これら従来技術の延長では限界があり、機体・エンジンの軽量化、高性能化が継続して進められると共に、将来技術としてANC(能動型騒音制御)の研究が始められている。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | In parallel with the increase in demand for aircraft and the stoppage of flights of Chapter-2 aircraft certified before 1977, a gradual increase in the total noise-level has been predicted. The activities of ICAO and CAEP (Committee on Aviation Environmental Protection) to enhance the present Chapter-3 requirements concerning the noise-level of aircraft are reaching conclusion. In this report, the latest trends in the standard-enhancement and noise-reducing technologies are described. Regarding the noise-reducing technologies, development of a high bypass-ratio fan-engine has noticeably contributed to the reduction of the fan-noise. Further improvements through optimization of the numerical ratio of rotary to stationary blades, their spacing, setting-angles of the stationary blades, and the strut-shape are in progress. Regarding noise-reduction of the jet-engine itself, studies include trials of the various mixer-shapes and application of a long cowl. The method of introducing flow from outside to slow down ejected gas by combining the mixer and the ejector is considered effective in reducing noise of the super-sonic transporters. Study on sound absorbing liner made from porous compound-materials is also in progress. These improvements are the extension of existing technologies and thus are limited in potential. Investigation into lighter body and engine and higher performance of the engine is continuing together with the startup of the research on ANC (Active Noise Control), a technology for the future. | |||||||||
