本報告は、宇宙航空研究開発機構、航空本部航空技術実証研究開発室にて実施されている、「航空機用電動推進システム技術の飛行実証」(FEATHER)に際し、推進力を発生する電動モータを機体と接続する、モータマウントが所定の強度を有していることを確認するために実施した強度試験につて報告する。本実験ではモータマウント供試体1体に対し、垂直方向(三力)および水平方向の制限荷重試験、終局荷重試験を実施した。実験の結果、モータマウント供試体は垂直方向、水平方向の双方について、終局荷重以上の荷重(最大荷重は制限荷重の1.7倍)に対して十分な強度を有することが確認された。 |

This research memorandum reports the method and results of the structural test for the motor mount used in the electric-motor-driven glider. The electrical propulsion system used in the glider was developed in IAT, JAXA, and it is being demonstrated by flight tests. The flight test program is called FEATHER (Flight Demonstration of Electric Aircraft Technology for Harmonized Ecological Revolution). The tested motor mount connects the electric motor and engine mount of the original engine mount. In the structural test, limit load and ultimate load were applied to one motor mount specimen in both vertical and horizontal direction. Test results demonstrated that the strength of the specimen was sufficient in all load cases. |
